AP purchasing error, will I miss out on Founders pack?

Error buying AP and missing out on founder pack
Hi guys. After trying to buy enough points to buy the Elite Commander Founders
Pack for the Medic. My first purchase went through fine, however my second gave the 2021 error an took the money with out giving points.

After searching the forums I see a few other have had the same problem. I've submitted a ticket and im sure the team will be able to sort it out in the next few days but I'm worried that i'll miss out on the founders pack and will be left with points that I cant spend on the items I want.

Can anyone confirm if a provision will be made for those of us experiencing this problem to still buy the pack after the closing date as it is no fault of our own? Also is there any estimate available for the length of time it takes for support to look at a ticket?

Billing takes about 5 business days. If this is your first time buying AP then as as security measure it takes 48 hours before you can buy AP again. You could, try to send a ticket to the GMs regarding a missed promotion afterwards, but no guarantee they will let you pick up the package after the fact.
