GM considering to help me
As the title says, I bought purple items then I quit into acount Storage then I can not get items that I just put in my other articles for normal to get out, I do not understand is whybecause when I get purple items I've put in and did not notice the error, I've tried everything, but not so I hope GM and board game review can help me get the items, Ithank you!

GMs will able to help you if you send in a Ticket providing all necessary information such as your Character name, name of the Item that is stuck in Account Storage and maybe some details about that item (enhancement level, runes linked etc).

I sent a support request, and until now have not received the support request I have provided the full name of the character and items stuck, this bag would give again:
Character name: Girlcute
Items stuck in acount STORAGE: Raden KNIGHT'S STAFF + 8 (NO RUNE LV 30)
So expect GM to help me get the items, thank you

If you already sent a Ticket, all you can do now is wait for GMs to get to the Office and review your Ticket.
Please keep in mind that you are not the only person that sent in a Ticket, so it may take up to 48 hours for GMs to get to your Ticket, depending on how many Tickets they have to review.

to add to that, in the event 48 hours has passed, try to get in contact with a GS.
