problem with ap purchase

hello aeria
hi i was just curious aeria if a gm would be able to explain to me why my ap purchase is suspended i think it has to do with the whole situation of me moving around areas cause of military and what not and when u guys turned my account back on i think u forgot to turn my ap back on =P but if u could help would be much appreciated =)

For dealing with your ap issue:

http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/billing

It may take up to 5 business days or so to get back to you, but that is who handles all AP issues. If you were to send a ticket straight to the Shaiya EN team, they would in turn re-route to Billing.
