tickets

does anybody respond to tickets
i am a new member i just payed for points wanting to get the founder packs in scarlet blade.
an error occurred on my 3rd purchase so thinking it didnt go thru i did another but same error
code 2120 i think it was but when i check my email paypal has confirmed they both went thru and money has gone from my bank but no points or confirmation in ap puchase history, whats going on, i then see u limit new accounts from buying more than once a day then y is max purchase limited to 50 dollars when u have packs that cost alot more and how can u take money from me if im unable to do more than 1 puchase a day. please i would like to get this sorted asap so i can go back and enjoy the game but atm i am down 100 dollars and not happy at all.

Hello Wiley_Wench,

If you haven't already, make sure you send in a Contact Us message to the billing team. If you have already, please know that billing tickets take up to 72 hours for reply, but are generally responded to in less. If for some reason you are unable to purchase the founders pack of your choice before you can use your Aeria Points, please send a message to the Scarlet Blade team and notify them of this issue and what pack you intended to purchase. Please note that the Founders Packs will be given back to all players in Open Beta (after the Closed Beta wipe) so even if you don't get access to the items before the end of CB, you will be able to enjoy them in Open Beta and beyond.

Thank you for supporting Scarlet Blade and I hope our billing team can clear up this minor issue soon so you can enjoy your game time.

hi and thanks for ur reply yes i have put a ticket in just over 24 hours ago now was just hoping to get it sorted so i could get my pack for the game sry if i am impatiant but am worried i have lost 100 dollars and wont be able to get the pack. thanks again Smile

just got a reply from support and have gotten the points from 1 of my purchases of 50 dollars ,1 to go but now have enuff for my elite pack Smile

thanks to the support team i have gotten the points from the last transaction now and happy again now to go back and enjoy the game.but i do hope they do something about new members as i have seen a few others have the same probs when purchasing ap points if we are only able to buy points once a day for the 1st 3 days then we should only be able to have money taken from us once a day as well something is wrong there and can give new members the wrong impression but for me all is good now and thanks again for all the help from support and gmpaladin for responding to my forom post Smile
