Cannot change password

this topi can closed, it's done ^ ^

i can use my second account when i send proof to aeria support that i still login my secondary account (twice) after they manually change my password.

and i think the problem is aeria login page Sad . the page doesn't catch my ID & password when i enter it on mozilla firefox Confused

Only thing I can think of is replying to them with said screenshot in a direct link say from photobucket showing otherwise. For future note though please don't put the details of your ticket/email where it's visible for everyone to see. Thanks.

i had reply them with a screenshoot proof, even they had manually change my pass twice, but still i can't log in with my second account :'(

i had edit my detail on my ticket/email, before i posting it :'(

Yeah, best not to post ticket responses, as they are private ^^.

Anyways, did you provide all the information pertaining to your secondary account(the one that still hasn't been restored yet)? Also make sure the password you're entering in is 100% correct.
