SF2 Engine

Would anyone who's played the game mind telling me how it feels? One of my favorite things about SF was it's overall feel, and from the gameplay I've seen so far, it seems more like the typical FPSes of today. I'm hoping that observation turns out incorrect, and it has a unique, or SF1 like feel, but I figured the best people to ask are those who've played so far. Let me know your feelings!

I can't really describe the feel, but it is almost a complete opposite as apposed to the original SF.

HOW IT FEELS: Sometimes it feels like crap and sometimes it feels great IDK if its a good game b/c I have a high ping and I've tried most of the 30 shot guns and snipers and the ones with better stability are better for spraying like the K2 and guns like the AK are more random hits and hs are more damage like abpit a 70-80% hp and the P90 is awesome but not good for hs

I am a master sergeant in Chinese SF2 since the summer (its lvl 30 so its not as low as in SF) from the USA and the ping system is the same so it's for for people with a 300 ping but with melee weapons you have to wait for the info that you threw it to get to the server

How it Feels (detailed): It does not feel like COD you can't prone camp and you can use unlimited sprint with instant shooting from sprint but it looks a lot like COD and the sniping tags in the tummy and the arms unless you have a COD like sniper like the Chey which takes time to scope in but you can quick scope and the bullet is right down the middle

It's not like SF movement at all. I've barely ever played COD so can't compare it to that. The FPS is significant though, I average about 200 fps and get up to 300 so the movement is very smooth and nice. I've been testing a few games out lately and do like SF2 a lot.

I just played about 4 hours of it, and the community has been very kind to me. The game runs quite smooth, and you can definitely link it to the original game. It also has a new "next gen" kind of feel that differentiates it from the original. I personally believe that the feel would be the closest to AVA.

There is already unlimited sprint in SF1, just use w+d or w+a at the same time.

LOL. So true. At least that issue is resolved in SF2.
