Ah, apparently so.

Not all companies are a bad as Aeria at customer service.

little FYI, i have been playing it since its release date, kthx.
I might be stupid but not as clueless as you. So you are still in the fanboy phase then. Tell me how you feel about their services when the FTP model over there takes over completely. I bet all the better customer service wont mean jack to you when you are forced to pay as much to 'win' over there as you were forced to pay here.
Laughing

i spent 3 grand on shaiya, at 5$ a month i am now at the top on this other game playing it since its release date (bout a year ish)

Yeps you are right, i am clearly paying too much.

As for their service you do not even have a comparison since they are still making money from the P2P service so to tell me "they are all the same" with 1 game to judge is about a much bull as even you can manage to spout. I cannot say either way what their service 'will' be like but i can tell you right now its a crapton better than Aeria can ever give. But hey if you can see into the future go buy a lottery ticket.

Il take 5$ a month to win over 300$ a month to stand still any day, but hey go back to pouring your cash into Aerias money pit, i won't stop you.

If it ever did go the way of Aeria i would simply quit it as i did shaiya, you should try it sometime Wink.

Im done with this.

It's funny, because I pretty much quit EE over a year before I was removed from the GS team...

That's like... $360/mo or something? I think you were single-handedly paying the monthly wage of a GM

360$ a month? Someone is gettin scr3wed in their contract... Even a part time GM... Though it wouldn't surprise me given that Aeria is tighter than a ducks arse. And yep, i did pay that much, long time ago, but then i realized what an utter fail the game was, so i don't anymore. Logic is /win.

I am intrigued how you know that and I don't want to know Laughing

Yeah AGE doesn't sound like a company I want to work for and I am not at all surprised about "Upper management doesn't really listen to employee concerns."

Shaiya is like an old car, at a certain point you have to stop putting a lot of money into repairing it and getting it going because it won`t last forever and there`s no sense in wasting money repairing an old clunker that might just up and die tomorrow.

When it gets to be that old you just try to keep it running a long as you can with as few repairs as possible.Buy some tires for it, maybe some new seat covers but you don`t want to put a lot of money into engine or transmission repairs, just drive it till it drops.

Cons – Low wages
Long hours
High school culture due to young, inexperienced, cheap workers
