Can you please do the following for me:
1) Open your Ignite, and go to the options in the top right menu
2) Click "Feedback" and then "Report an issue"
3) This will create a zip file on your desktop
4) Submit a
ticket
5) You will get an automatic reply. Reply to that Email and attach said file
We will let you know what we find out from that.
