Service Item Issues

Hiya Guys and Gals,


Recently we have started to see some Service Item Issues come up and due to this we will be making changes to how we process services on our end and that will include the way we handle tickets. As for any ToS violation, users that are caught abusing the service system will be permanently banned along with any and or all alternate accounts. If you are not causing these issues, you don't have anything to worry about

The Shaiya Team will also be taking additional precautions moving forward to ensure this issue is put to rest. Thank you to the users who reported this issue.

Do you mean people who attempt to take advantage of a "service " error?

e.g. getting a Max OJ on the wrong gear, a lvl7 stat lapis in a lvl 1-30 piece of equipment etc

I think he is refering to promo fraud.

My guess is this is a reference to GMs from other games handling the tickets wrongly and then seeing no issue in allowing players to continue to use 'rigged' items even after players reported it.

Notice how it is how they have to change the way they handle tickets on their end and not ours. Smile

Are you referring to the max OJs that are wrong or illegal links on gear? Or does service items refer to the same players using multiple accounts to do promos like the Monthly Rebate for example.
