When my SF Is Loading the New Update Is say and when ir finished it keeps goinf till 117MB instead of 109MB and this---> C:/AeriaGames\SoldierFront/\exe.??? ?????? pops out and they update freeze... what should i do pls help let me know soon

Ive had problems where my updates for soldierfront has went over 200%, but it finished updating after a while and it worked. Have you tried restarting and reinstalling sf? Make sure u delete all files related to sf first.
