if your going to charge so much for a tier, we should be able to give or auction any hero we get . You want to charge so much n give so little.....wth ?

The course of action for the below notice is unclear.

The following sums up questions from the general populace.



  1. When are the tickets supposed to be sent?
  2. Are all items allowed to be transferred, or just specific items, and if so, which ones?
  3. Do I have to transfer all the items, or can I just transfer, say, a single approval, or the Holy Waters?
  4. If a player has stopped spending, can the player send their ticket before payouts?
  5. How are item transfers occurring? Are people being given their items, then having those moved from their bags and given to another player? Or will the other player receive the item with the payouts like everyone else who spent?

2 things
1. If you want to complain about tiers at least do so with some kind of actual complaint and the intelligent ability to back it up.

2. You guys should run these with one weekend day and one week day for both the weekend warrior and your standard regulars....

i agree with every1 claimed that the teir is expensive ...

but my really concern why the Hard make the item transfer-able with ticket support ... while just make it Mail-able or trade-able !!!

Why? If you think about it, it is pretty simple.

Changing an items setting (mail able, trade able etc) must be completed by the game developer... Changes like this must be approved by the developers and implemented. Both actions take quite some time.

As our team understands that it is frustrating to sit on valuable items such as hero approvals and tokens, we offer the manual transfer.
