I have 2silver sniper cecils but i cant find any enhance + option anywhere just the regular enhance but i cant enhance her there. Is there another option?

To do an Enhance+,
make sure the jewel pirate is not in your attack or defense teams (bolded for emphasis since it's the most common mistake :3). Then do a normal enhance with the second silver card as your jewel. Instead of a 4x circle in red on the upper left, you should instead see a yellow circle with Enhance+ on it.
