Is there . . . ?

Is there a number I can call to talk to billing with Aeria Games or something?
My AP has been locked for like since Friday night / Saturday morning and I'm getting quite impatient with their lack of response to my ticket. I understand they have hundreds of tickets or whatever, but it's sort of ridiculous when I have AP sitting there that I can't use.

is there even anyone in billing over the weekend?
i mean that handles this type of things?
that would suprise me since GM's are off on weekends ( as weve learned from server failures etc in the past )

isnt the "response team " on normal business hours?
