Troll of Tear B is in first slot of warehouse with no accessory beside it as my other Full Link Accessory of Choice tickets didn't require me to supply the accessory. I get this message -

"Please be sure to place your item to be serviced in the first slot of
your warehouse, and put the placeholders for the service directly beside
it. If you have multiple service requests in, please put your item in
the first available slot of your warehouse, and still make sure to put
your relevant placeholders directly beside the item to be serviced.

No you don't need to supply the accessory, but be sure to use the right format for the ticket: for this service you need to use the GM Item/Gear redemption format, specifing the lapis you want to be linked in the Additional info field http://www.aeriagames.com/forums/en/viewtopic.php?p=13861921#13861921

This happens to me every now and then. If you have the right format, send a reply to the same ticket explaining to them what the placeholder is now.

Slightly off topic but I thought that the pre-EP6 accessories of choice weren't on the EOM tier.
