As i said , I played this game for 5 years.
And i got some few accounts banned for 1 day / 3 days.
But i just skipped them & completed with my new accounts .
But when i was a new gamer , I wasn't knowing anything..
So i wasn't knowing the forums ! :X
I was just knowing to play :3
And i bought some AP in dem.
Can't there be when i log in :

And i forgot the ID & Email , Maybe the emails got blocked ! I reported few times , But aeria keep ask me what i bought & last item that i've purchased & more.....

Rules are rules. This is so people do not manage to steal other's accounts without the original email ect...*cough* Although some people still manage to do it. *cough*. I know a few myself.

I feel that. I have an old account in which i have hke 417 gold perm :/ and i got stolen and i can't get it back again. Aeria asks you a lost of questions in way to make sure you are the real owner but it is really difficult even to the owner to remember everything..

I should not post this though I have to agree, nothing personal just that seeing 5 threads each time I log on is starting to get to me.

There is a simple way to solve that, when making a new account make a point of saving everything to do with that account in a notepad document then save it in your screenshot folder or somewhere safe. A example of what I mean below:

I know it's not always as simple as that though if I make a new account I always write down a basic list like above and print it off and file it in a safe place then delete any record of it. I would strongly recommend you do the same as you never know when something like that might happen to you.
