Recently, I've had a problem with my shoutbox repeating things that have been said continually until someone else posts something else (which will keep repeating continually, too). I can send something, but there's a 5 minute delay until I see my own message sent (don't know if it's between sending the message or receiving messages).

The thing is, I went a bit further and used multiple IP proxies to try and discern if the problem was my IP. I used two US and a Korean proxy. With all of them, I could see what is being said in the shoutbox normally, but I can't log on to Aeria with the proxy.

I live in New Zealand, so I'm wondering if it's just my own IP, or are all the IP addresses in New Zealand not able to use the Shoutbox?

I was wondering if Aeria can fix this glitch. I don't really know where I can submit a ticket, because there's nothing about forum issues.
