2. Chaos Plate fragment for 80 accessories

Anyone having success farming these in CoG from regular mobs, elite mobs, bosses?
Anyone close to getting 1st 80 piece in either category?

If not, what are your opinions of these quests? Should the drop rates be better from mobs, elite mobs? Let the community know!

I am trying hard not to troll you hard, I will just say that the fact you used the word "pragmatic" in this post, was not very pragmatic.
