GM Leo comes to us with very strong community management and customer service experience, having spent most of his career at Aeria on Team Shaiya-- One of Aeria's biggest and most popular games. In addition to helping engage Shaiya's community, he was also known as one of the most outstanding GS managers in Team Shaiya history, which is a pretty impressive reputation
We are very excited to have him join our team, and we know he's going to bring his A-game to the Scarlet Blade launch
