im trying to watch a video i uploaded on my laptop and the screen is black it happened to me before but i forgot how i fixed it, any suggestions?

• Make sure that your DirectX and Graphics card drivers ( nVidia Geforce ), ( ATI Radeon ) are up to date.
• When you have the video in it's original size (not full screen), right click, click "Settings" and then click the left-most tab on the page that comes up. There should be a box labeled "Enable hardware acceleration". Uncheck that box and click close. This is all assuming you're watching a flash-based video (which most streaming videos are).

Ideally, this should have been posted in the Technical Issues section of the forum, please bear this in mind next time.
