Aeria characters deleted after transferring my Ijji chars

I had 2 characters, transferred other 2 characters from Ijji gunz. Boom.
That's pretty much what happened. Did anyone else experience the same thing, and if so, how did you deal with it?
I made a ticket at Game Support>Other, not too sure if that's the right way to do it so I'm just double checking in the forums.

Here's to hoping I can actually get them back... If not, I guess I'll just quit GunZ yet again.

Q: What if I created an Aeria account and made a character on the game before I merged my ijji account? Will I keep the data on the Aeria account?
A: All AVA, Gunz, and/or SF game data will be deleted from the Aeria account and replaced by the data from the ijji account. Any AP purchased will remain on the account.

The only way things can be fixed to your liking is through the ticket system and it seems like you have started on that. Best of luck to you and hope everything works out.
