I can't open it , AVG always stop the GameGuards and i can't open the game . Any solution from this problem ?

Try disabling your AVG and firewall when you open GunZ. Having GunZ/GameGuard or anything GunZ related on an exception list instead would be ideal.

You can either disable AVG (not recommended), add the whole gunz folder in the exception list (not exactly sure if it will work though) or uninstall AVG and get Microsoft Security Essential instead (recommended).

It said error 114 now ...

Yeah unless you find a way to allow it through AVG or turn off a piece of it that allows real-time threat detection or something similar. Harmless as long as you're not on sketchy sites while on gunz.
