They're decent for runs. The benefit of using these equips instead of self-buff equips like New Moon Antenna increases inversely compared to the number of mobs; they're better at the end than the beginning of a run.
If you are lower dps, doing both rooms is fine. If you kill mobs super fast, doing only the first room is better.
My run time depends on if the bears stop to use the Fear skill and I have to pick off stragglers. First two groups takes 15-20 seconds, and first three groups takes 30 seconds to up to a minute because the mobs scatter.
Sturm is the easiest. Manor comes at a lower level. Century has mobs more densely packed.
That means the highest gold yield depends on your abilities. If you can do Century fast and efficiently, it's the best for gold. If you struggle to do Century or can't at all, then Sturm and Manor are better. Sturm is generally better for gold than Manor because you can easily avoid pulling the really strong mobs that hit hard whereas in Manor, the powerful Ursuns wander around where you run.
