I saw the First Time Spender event and i charged AP and then i buyed a mount but i don't see the stuff.
What's wrong?

The FTS Package can take up to 24-48 hours to be delivered. You do not qualify if:

1. You have spent AP on the game before.

2. You have spent AP on any other Aeria game using that account.

3. You actually bought ap, not the free offers that come off the site.

No need to really worry about it. If it doesn't come after 48 hours, you can always send in a RT here explaining your issue.
