Kinda peeved - First time buying AP, may be the last

I bought some AP for the Eden Eternal "First Time Spender" rewards.
My boyfriend bought some as well.

We used the same card, same paypal account, same everything.

His account was just reinstated so they treated it like a new account where his purchases are restricted.

He got his points within 3 minutes.

I haven't gotten mine and it's been over 24 hours.

Like I said, EXACT same card and everything. Contacted support - Apart from not even opening my message yet, my boyfriend had an ongoing message with them via email which he decided to include this issue in - and after replying to him fairly quickly before - after mentioning a billing issue they haven't replied to him in over 12 hours (Where as they were replying within 2 hours before that).

Billing Tickets can take up to 72 hours, apparently. Just wait patiently.

That pretty much explains the issue. When you use the same card, PayPal account or private payment information for two different accounts, it usually gets the account AP suspended for security reasons. It's a standard thing. The RT needs to be sent and handled through the right account, so your boyfriend can't include your issue in his RT.
