It's like a 25 min wait at most..

for those of us who dont have alot of time to play 25min everytime is not always an option. especially for people constantly putting money into these games. Check my history. A little customer happiness goes a long way. The attitude of "its just" is common among csr's these days and is just an indication of a companies stance on customer service. I dont mind security at all (security is important in my line of work too) but going overboard can cause more problems then it solves in a lot of cases.

25 minutes is if you're pretty unlucky and the purchase requires a lot of confirming. It usually takes like 5-10 minutes in most cases. I honestly don't see how it ruins your gaming experience, even if your time online is limited. Though I don't agree it's overboard, I think going overboard is better than having a lacking security on something that involves people's personal payment information. Better safe than sorry.
