How to CLAIM IT!!!

While you claim your item transfer, you must use the following format:

Item Name: XXXX
Item Amount: X
Recipient: XXXXX
Promotion Name: XXXX

ONLY ONE REQUEST PER TICKET!

Please remember, the entries are case sensitive and must be exact. Do not forget that you have only a 7 day period after the promotion is paid out to claim your item transfer via our Ticket System!
