problem

i ve purchased 1 day ago ap via google checkout and it took my money (150$ ) and i got no ap..not even until now ...i sent rt and stuff and i wait a response from em..i was wondering if any of u guyz had the same problem

Does your AP amount have an error of any kind? Billing Tickets usually take around 2-3 business day to get a reply though, so you'll just have to be patient as it's weekend. > <

Do you have some form of receipt? Perhaps one was mailed to your email? If so, I'm sure a missed promo RT will be good enough if you by chance happen to miss the super GM enchant.

I had the same problem with aeria on google checkout I finaly after 6 days had google cancel the order and used a different method I don't think google and Aeria are on the same page

6 days did you send the RT to billing? Should have sent it after 3 to be honest.

Unfortunately, Billing can't fix this issue, but reporting it is a good idea so they are aware of the number of issues there are with Google Checkout. Players need to go directly to Google Checkout for assistance on this. Google Checkout has issues and some players have been having to cancel their order and pay differently. Someone somewhere is definitely on the wrong page :/
