I put the pin and it says that is invalid, so do i have to put the pin all together? or with ''-'' between them? or CP and then the pin? I don't know how to put it. somebody help !! step by step

Put the exact code written on your card into the box that says "PIN." Include the "-" between them. Make sure you're using the right currency. If it's an US card, make sure you're in the "English - USD" currency.
