If it says error, i think u wait around 15 mins and if nothing happens, send in a ticket at support >contact us> game support/ or the category that relates to your problem and they should fix it. Mind you that it takes 1-2 days for them to respond so provide as much details a possible. Sorry i couldnt link it, im on a phone.
