Hello,

We would like to address the current login issue that some users are experiencing.

Login Issues:
1. User Agreement Error
"Game is only available to users who agree to the "Digimon Masters Online User Agreement"


2. Username and Password Issue
"User name and password must be at least two characters long"



Current Fix:
1. Log in with your username and not your email address
Fill out the login window using your username only.

Hello,

We would like to address the current issues that some users are experiencing.

Server Instability

1. Unstable Servers - Associated with the following actions
-Loading Game
-Changing Zones
-Game Lag
STATUS: RESEARCHING

2. "Failed to Connect to Server"
- May mean "Server is full, please try back later"
- If you keep trying to log in you will be able to, once another player logs out.
STATUS: RESEARCHING  


 
Item Mall Purchase Issues

1. AP Purchases
-Users with special characters in their account name (underscore, period, dollar sign, etc) cannot complete purchases
-Receive the following message “Processing was not completed, please try again”
STATUS: FIXED

2. Purchased Items do not appear
-Users purchase an item but it does not appear in their inventory or cash warehouse
-Has been reported to the devs and is in the process of being researched
STATUS: FIXED  


 
Regional Errors

1. Game Restricted in your Area
-Users certain areas of the world will receive a message "We cannot offer service to your location."
-The reason you are receiving this error is because IP addresses from your region are not allowed to access the game. The developers of this game are only able to offer service to Canada, United States of America, Mexico, and the European Union. While we understand this is inconvenient to a large number of our players, there is unfortunately nothing that we can do about this, and you will not be able to play this game from your current IP address.

STATUS: CANNOT FIX

2. connect (31.193.168.73:7029) failure
- May be related to Regional Error #1. We have not received additional information at this time.
STATUS: APPEARS FIXED  


 
In Game Issues
1. Event Items disappearing
- Joymax is currently aware of this situation and will provide an update as soon as one is available.
- Items may include: Black Coins, Pieces of Backup, Crystalloid of Twelve Generals, etc.
STATUS: FIXED

2. Digimon Attributes do not match what they should be
- Dark type Digimon with Light attribute attacks, etc.
FIXED

3. Clicking on an Expired quest will crash the game
- Crystalloid of the Twelve Generals (February), Cocoa Seeds quest
- Hide the quest (unclick the check box) and do not touch it for now
