Nobody said he will play at both servers at same time, because that is not possible. GMfilo and Snowshovel will first host an european server room, and then a North American server room, or opposite. Just take a screenshot ingame to prove that you were there. The event hosters will probably do the same to make sure the event participants gets their rewards.

But, he can't remember all the names can he? And then my name is SiIvie with a capital i not L, so its a tricky name. There are loads of problems. I think we should post screenshots on this thread in order to receive our prize, and to prevent scams. This is my opinion.

Just make screenshots, and if you dont get the rewards for participating, just make a ticket with the screenshots included. You should also wait 48 hours after event to submit a ticket about this.

before the game / after make sure towwhispere filo and tell him

GM's will take an SS(Screenshot) of the final scoreboard at the end of the event to know who was there. If you want to be safe, take an SS of the final scoreboard yourself, and if you don't receive the event reward within the said time, just send a ticket with the SS and you're good to go!
Hopefully I can make this event with having to work on Saturday. :\
