Looks like your ticket is under the 48 hour mark for response time in Billing. I'm sure our billing team will be resolving your ticket before long as you are very close to the top of the queue for them.
Unfortunately as it is currently 2am in California at this time, it will have to wait until the team comes in and can begin resolving tickets once more. If your ticket is not resolved in the next 24 hours or excludes you from the time period of the "Golden Week Tiered" event, contact your GM team and they will make sure you receive your AP and are included in the event.
