Nunchaku is fast. But if what do you mean with fast is walking speed, you can use T.Saber, I.Claw, or Whip. However, there is no such fast weapon that will make you always attack first (it depends on when do you and your enemy press the attack button, really).

Range has a bigger play in it.

Fast fighter, so fast flasks and low flask slots...
Fast weapon, so a weapon with at least 130 speed...
You'll probably want to have high, fast-flasking attack to take out enemies quick...

Yep. I foresee another P. Sword musou spammer in confront.

Of course, I'd also suggest Nunchaku and I. Claws if you want something fast. T. Sabers are easy and effective to use in capture, but are a bit more difficult in confront, due to their lack in defensive power, and the fact that an enemy can escape their musou if you're not skilled enough with it.

And if you're a fast fighter, let me give you this advice: unless you ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY KNOW what you're doing, NEVER go rambo on an enemy team, especially if you won't be able to kill the enemy fast enough/escape before reinforcements arrive. Trust me: a friend of mine tied to rush the enemy by himself extremely early in the fight (I only had 3 life flasked with my S. Fan when he rushed), and we ended up having to try to bail him out when we weren't done flasking ourselves. Rambo tactics usually end in disaster, so it's best not to try them unless you KNOW you can get out of it alive.
