At the bottom of the page (for those that have not turned it off) is a toolbar. This used to be the Meebo bar, but is is now Google +.

Google purchased Meebo June of last year. Since then the services that were offered by Meebo, have slowly been phased out, or changed. I would like to know if people are still using this as a form of chat, and if so, what can we do to make this more useful for all?

As per earlier today, I have been roaming shoutboxes and came across certain people who had issues with problems logging into certain browser games (Crystal saga) in particular because of that meebo/google+ bar. Don't know if it caused the specific error in regards to the matter, but it turns out it was fixed quickly enough and all is well. I will post back if anything else comes up.

Why can we just use it in aeriagames.com and not here in forum

Please add the meebo/google+ bar back on the forums. It was a really easy way to communicate and not have a tab open that was not needed. Please consider re-adding this

I would use it more if it actually worked outside profiles, it's just too annoying having it randomly log you in and out constantly if you're browsing the forum.

That or it will log itself out sometimes and the only way to get it to work is to log out of aeria and then log back into your profile.

What this guy said. I loved having it on the forums.

It was good when it was on forums. But since that was removed a while ago but put on the site only, I stopped caring for it.

This. I used to chat on meebo and stuff before it changed to where it was inside profiles only, Which got annoying, because I had to have two tabs open just to talk to people during maint and I couldn't pay attention to both the Shoutbox AND my chat on my other tab. If you can get it to work on the forums, I'm sure half of the people would use it more I know I would. Atm it's just like an ugly step child no one wants to be around.

Honestly, I tried this bar a few times when it first came out... then I turned it off in my settings ASAP. I think it's annoying and clunky. I'd rather just chat with people in the shoutboxes and in-game.
