A few hours ago, I sent three costumes (expensive ones, might I add) to someone. She said that the mail icon is blinking, but she has not received anything. What should I do? Has this happened to anyone else? How did it get resolved?

Tell your friend to look through all the pages of her mail and see if she can find it. If she can't find it, tell her to delete mails until she does. Sometimes mails bug up and get sent to the back.
