HELP!!!!

Hello, Im not sure if this is were this is suppose to be posted so i apologize in advance, idk where else to turn!. i bought AP points 02-07-13, it has been 4 days 02-11-13 and it will still not let me buy AP. IT keep saying : he card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number." i even used 2-3 different cards, anyone help? thank you

Did your first payment went well? Is your billing account active (i.e. you can see your ap amount)?

Probably the best thing you can do is to send a ticket to billing http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/billing and explain your issue.

Edit: btw when did you try the last purchases? Billing is down for maintenance atm: http://www.aeriagames.com/forums/en/viewtopic.php?t=1892913

If you did just a bit ago, try later (after 12.30 PST)

thank you, everything went ok., i can see amount paid and when, i also did leave them a ticket last night. just seeing if i can get a faster answer

Maybe the problems you experienced are due to the same reason for which there is a maintenance in billing atm. Anyway just wait for an answer to your ticket.
