Forgive a newbie question, but where can u get Enchant scrolls in this Game? Not meaning this from AP boxes. I see ppl have fully enchantet Equipment, how is it possible?

Item Merchants in Ledise/Raden/Emtlant.
Enchant Scrolls should be on the 3rd or 4th Page.
