I'm playing CAVA and the guns don't always have the same English name, especially skinned guns. That's why I didn't know. There are also other M16 variants but not sure if any others also work this way.

I did try this but still ended up getting wasted. At a distance, the head is such a small target and even though the recoil is almost non-existent , it's still enough to make you miss your mark very easily.

This is why I'm wondering if anyone has played with this rifle with any success
