No you haven't seen it in any esl, as that is also USAGE of binos, by right clicking and watching through.

You are acctually right, but only at half.

Stoner and RushTV did stream IeSF Qualifiers, but they were not hosted by ESL. And some players did watch tho binos or even UAV because it was allowed there.

If rule says that using bino is not allowed, watching thro it without UAVing enemy is a usage of it. If it says that pumpkin granade is not allowed, does it mean u can throw it over map without hitting/killing enemy ? Razz
