White Aeria Ignite/NWZ Launcher

The login box is white. I have read other articles such as this and tried everything, nothing has worked. The only one I tried but it didn't work was Adobe Flash. Whenever I try to run it, the process starts, but it never really opens. I can't physically make it download. It just runs as a dead process. I'm pretty sure flash is the problem, I just can't run it.

Kay. Managed to install both the IE form of Adobe and the Other Browsers form, neither did anything.

Hey there gold.

Please try these steps, they're the ones you'll get recommended if you send in a ticket about it.

If they don't work, let me know.

1) Turn off Ignite
2) Go to your control panel and go to "add/remove programs" (Type appwiz.cpl in the search box on Windows Vista or newer systems)
3) Find Akamai Netsession and delete any version of it that shows up)
4) Go to C:\ProgramData\Aeria Games\Ignite and delete the Data folder (the ProgramData directory is hidden, so you will need to turn on hidden files and folders to get there)
5) Restart Ignite
