Patching Issues (Long Patch)

Hey Knights,

Some players are experiencing an issue when patching that is forcing them to re-download all of the client files through the launcher. This is is not typical patching behavior and we are currently working with our developers to identify and fix this patching problem.

We apologize for this issue and the previous issues experienced thus far. During this Beta we are working on optimizing everything, including our patching process, to ensure none of these issues occur after our full release. Thank you for your understanding and patience--we'll update you once we have more information.

UPDATE 3: (02-02-13 @ 3:01 AM PST) We're still investigating the issue of the long patch times. We apologize for the delay in the resolution and will update you all very soon on the situation


UPDATE 2: (02-01-13 @ 2:36 PM PST) We are currently testing a fix for the patching issue and should be able to deploy it shortly once we confirm that it's working correctly. We appreciate your patience as well as your help in sending us screenshots of your issues as this sped up our investigation process. Thanks!

UPDATE: (02-01-13 @ 6:20 AM PST) We started experiencing some login server issues that have prevented people from getting in to game. We sincerely apologize for the delay and we are working on fixing this issue.
