What does the error say? Is it a Inactive? -2 Error or a -1 Error
If its a Inactive/-2 Error; You have to wait 10-15 min. for your AP to process. Dont worry you will get it, you just have to wait a couple of minutes.
If its a -1 Error; It might be a billing error, so to fix it you have to send in a ticket
