Turns off windows mouse accel and such things.

I tried the mouse fix a few years back and hated it, I'll just stick with this normal mouse whatever I have

Its up to you really. It might take some time to get used to be, but all accel does it make you inconsistent. As I heard a top CSS player once say: "No top player has ever done well with mouse accel, it hasn't been done and I don't think it will be done". Actually I think CarN said that in one of the life of carn episodes ^^.
