No exp for killing monsters in:

Field or instances, happens at beginning, but until lvl 23 i could gain exp from monsters but only stronger ones mean higher lvl, now even if higher lvl, or in intscance i gain zero exp.

Also sometimes no starcore for killing

what lvl range were the monsters o.O?

some guy wasnt getting exp in game earlier turns out he had to be within about 5 lvls to gain a decent amt of exp.

lvl doesn't matter i am lvl 31 now tried lvl 29,28,30,31,34 monsters and nothing, no exp even in instances Sad

can't play ;(
