I'm liking it. The new stackable and lockable skillbars, that is. But PLEASE do the community a favour and push the Devs to adjust the hotkeys.
Current situation:
Skillbar 1:
Position stationary, hotkeys: numbers row on keyboard. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc...)
Skillbar 2:
Postion movable, hotkeys: F-row on keyboard. (F1, F2, F3, etc...)
Skillbar 3:
Position movable, hotkeys Ctrl+ numbers row on keyboard (Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2, Ctrl+3, etc..)
Obviously the hardest one to play with is the one with the Control button needed. Now WHY would the Devs link those commands to one of the two movable skillbars? Please get this fixed to the immovable skillbar. Either that, or get the Devs to make skillbar 1 movable, too. This setup just doesn't make sense.

Apart from the above mentioned illogical addition, I really like the fact we now have three simultaneously usable skillbars.
