Greetings,

Sometimes the Intercept Skill Icon will glue to the screen even after you have removed the Skill Tool Window, it honestly does not affect my gaming too much, but it's a bit annoying.

Perhaps you can take a look at it, and see how you can fix it.

It easily disappears after you refresh the page of re-log into the game.
