Submitting a Ticket Create a support ticket Select a subcategory for your issue (Report behavior, missed promo, or other) Select "Ignite" for the game Attach a screen shot of your issue if you are reporting one (Don't know how?) If you need to provide detailed support info/asked for more information Select "Feedback" from the far right drop menu (looks like a cog) Type in the details and click "Report an Issue" THEN submit. - This will create a zip file on your desktop with the relevant files. Upload this file to a file sharing site (dropbox, megaupload, etc) and provide the link in your ticket.

Title of issue : fresh install fails to patch
Description of Issue : updater/launcher downloads patch data, at end of patch it states patch failed

Graphics Card : Nvidia GTX 460 1gb in SLI setup

When trying to send report through support button on patcher it freezes when i hit send and I have to manually shut it down thru task manager. I have all application files in game folder to run as administrator.

pvtcrawley, are you still experiencing this? I tested it this morning and I was able to reach the game with no patching issues, it is possible they were uploading a new patch?

At work now, I was sent a link to installer and got errors during install, will update when I get home
