Is there something wrong with the aps system?
I added aps thru Pay Pal and funds were deducted from my account and I received the e-mail showing that the transaction went thru, but the aps are not showing where they usually show, as a matter of fact, does not even say Inactive like it usually says when I charge aps.
I put in a ticket already to billing support, but just wanted to shout it out here too, in case there was an internal problem and to see if other ppl are experiencing the same issue.
