We wanted to let you know that we're aware of the Invalid Item Settings error that is currently plaguing the Loot Wheel.
We have reported the issue, and it should hopefully be resolved within the next couple of days.
In the meantime, if you are receiving this error, please provide us with the following information:
- A screenshot of the items that you are unable to redeem, either in your Loot Wheel Redemption History or your Tiered Spender Redemption History
- A screenshot of the Invalid Settings error as it occurs.
Once we receive this information, we can work on manually inserting your missing items.
However, we do ask for your continued patience, as it may take up to 14 business days for the items to be manually inserted.
We do understand that this causes a great inconvenience, but we will be working as fast as we can to fix the issue.
