Hi. I just recently downloaded EE. But I noticed that every time after I log in, about 4-5 mins later, I will get the message saying I'm disconnected from the server. I've searched around the forums, but there are no solutions to this problem. Please help.

i'm having the same problem. it aint my internet connection and its not during known server lag...

yeah i've tried that. But I still get disconnected.

Me too. I think this is my clue to quit EE and play something else.

This was also happening to me a week ago but after i didnt play for a day or 2 it stoped and it works fine now.

I'm getting this too. Supposed to be playing with a friend, but that's not going to work unless I can play for more than five minutes at a time. I tried disabling antivirus, messing with connect/connects.ini, using _launcher, using different channels, using a different server. I deleted eden eternal twice, and redownloaded/installed twice. Still happening.

Ping looks fine, tracert doesnt show any problems. Completely out of ideas.

What type of crashes were you folks experiencing.

Stating last thing and where you were at the time helps a lot. And if it crashes the system off, normal Cannot Connect to server while changing channel or logging off to relog on new channel. This game's gateways are not the best. I will dc once per 5 arena loads myself >< which is about the same if I would enter guild house.

Though, reconnecting through the gateway back to main maps like Aven or Tempest cliff I experience the most disconnections. There's really nothing you can do other than move to Canada. Lol
